re uses a small number of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. This page lists each cookie, why it exists, and how long it lasts.

• re_token — keeps you signed in after login. HttpOnly session cookie issued by our servers. Duration: about 7 days or until you sign out.
• re_gate_ok_[link id] — remembers that you chose to continue past a safety warning on a specific short link. Duration: 1 hour. Only set when you click through a warning interstitial.

These cookies are strictly necessary to run sign-in and safe redirects. You cannot turn them off while using those features.

The cookie notice on our site stores your acknowledgement in browser local storage under re_cookie_consent so we do not show the banner on every visit. This is not used for tracking — only to remember that you read the notice.

When someone scans a QR code, re logs scan events on our servers (device type, browser/OS family, country when our CDN provides it, hashed IP, time). That data is not stored in visitor cookies. Link owners with accounts can view aggregated statistics in the dashboard.
